This Privacy Policy describes how Neuroplasticity St. Pete (“we,” “us,” or “the practice”) collects and uses information through neurostpete.com. It applies to this website only. Clinical records, patient data, and information exchanged within the context of care are governed separately by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to patients at the start of treatment and is available from the practice on request.

This website is a marketing and informational site. Information submitted through a contact or booking form is not treated as a protected health record under HIPAA until a patient-provider relationship is formally established.

This site is not directed
to children under 13.

Neuroplasticity St. Pete does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not solicit information from them. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
