Accessibility
Statement.

Our commitment to making neurostpete.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

Targeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA
Last reviewed April 2026

Accessibility is
part of the care we provide.

Neuroplasticity St. Pete is committed to ensuring that neurostpete.com is accessible to as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or magnification software. Many of our patients experience neurological, vestibular, or visual conditions that affect how they interact with digital content. We take this responsibility seriously.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

Where we stand
and what we are working on.

Our homepage and condition pages have been built against WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria, with programmatic verification of contrast ratios, keyboard accessibility, ARIA landmark structure, focus management, and motion sensitivity accommodations. We consider these pages to be substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Older pages on this site that predate our current design system may not yet meet the same standard. We are in the process of bringing all pages into conformance as part of an ongoing site rebuild. A formal third-party accessibility audit is planned for Q3 2026.

This statement was prepared using the W3C WAI Accessibility Statement Generator as a structural reference.

Areas we are
actively improving.

We are aware of the following limitations and are actively working to resolve them:

Legacy service and condition pages — pages built before the current design system may not meet WCAG 2.1 AA in all areas. These are being rebuilt as part of our ongoing site update.
Third-party booking platform (JaneApp) — the booking interface at neurostpete.janeapp.com is operated by JaneApp and is outside our direct control. We encourage JaneApp to maintain accessibility standards but cannot guarantee their conformance. Patients who require accommodations for booking may call us directly at (727) 202-6006.
Video content — YouTube videos linked from this site are hosted on YouTube and are subject to YouTube’s own accessibility provisions. We do not currently provide captions or transcripts for all video content. This is on our accessibility roadmap.
