For patients who don’t live here, we’ve designed a treatment schedule called the Intensive.

Come spend a week with us in the beautiful St. Petersburg, FL for a life changing week. You will spend 1 hour a day, 4 days in a row doing neuro rehab with Dr. Silver. This will consist of Functional Neurology, Vestibular Rehab, Occulomotor rehab, Low Level Light Therapy, Nutritional Counseling, Upper Cervical, Chiropractic, and more. Dr. Silver draws from many different specialties and professions to create a customized program for every patient. With this style of quick repetitive training, the brain quickly learns new behaviors and patients can make quick progress in a short period of time. Every session will be followed up with our Neuro Boost program which consists of several helmets that increase brain function. This program works best for those with concussion, dizziness, and migraine. Dr. Silver completed 112 Intensives during his Neurology Residency in Santa Barbara and is excited to resume them in St. Petersburg, FL. Price is $2000 and includes everything for the week plus follow up calls.
